This easy and delicious One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Vegetables includes tender breaded chicken tenders and fresh seasonal vegetables all roasted on just one pan. An easy dinner recipe your entire family will love!
Lately I feel like I can’t ever quite catch up to the huge list of things I need to get done. When it comes to meal planning I completely rely on easy, 15-minute meals or one pan meals like this One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Vegetables. Meals that my toddlers will happily eat and hardly take much time out of the day to prepare.
Some of my favorite go-to easy meals include:
- Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas
- One Pan Baked Ziti
- One Pan Lemon Chicken Tortellini
- Chicken Bacon Avocado Wrap
So for all of your crazy busy, sometimes overwhelmed Mom’s out there, I’m sharing this meal with you in mind! I hope your family loves it as much as mine.
The garlic parmesan chicken tenders are lightly breaded and baked just until tender. They’re so flavorful. I like to double this recipe and save the leftover chicken to add to wraps or serve on top of a yummy salad. You can even dunk them in your favorite sauce, like (healthier) chicken tenders!
Consider trying these popular one-pan meals:
- One pan baked salmon and vegetables
- One pan cheesy chicken and rice
- One pan creamy lemon chicken tortellini
- One pan chicken fajita pasta

Good and easy
This is so good! The chicken is amazingly juicy and seasoned perfect. My husband is not a white meat chicken fan but absolutely LOVED this dinner.
Easy to make. Good for lunch at work the next day. My 13 year old said it looked like HF meal (subscription box we had gotten in the past). Laughed and said so much easier to make though!
Easy and clear directions, made this for dinner and my husband even ate all the veggies!
Another amazing recipe! My kids asked for this one to go into our regular rotation. Your cook times are always spot on and everything is done perfectly.
I made this for dinner tonight and my family loved it! And it’s so easy. Thanks for a great recipe!
Ah-mazing!!! Hubby and I really enjoyed it! Super easy and super yummy! I love your recipes!!
super tasty, easy and quick
We are trying your weekly low-carb meal plan that includes this recipe and we made this for dinner last night. The chicken was outstanding – crunchy on the outside and super-tender on the inside, and the veggies were a perfect complement! The only change that we made was that we used way more garlic mixed in with the olive oil coating the chicken (delish!), we combined italian bread crumbs and panko (also great combo), and we omitted all salt and didn’t miss it a bit!
Grace made this last night for dinner. Yummy, and cleanup was a breeze. This will go in our regular rotation.
This is one of our favorite recipes, we make it all the time! It is simple, healthy, and delicious!
Thanks so much Katie <3
