Our Slow Cooker Pork Chops recipe is the ultimate hands-off dinner—set it and forget it!

Fall apart slow cooker pork chops served over mashed potatoes in a creamy ranch gravy.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops are my son's favorite meal.

I love how incredibly easy this slow cooker pork chops and gravy recipe is—just to a slow cooker and let it do the work! What really sets it apart is that it skips the ranch packet seasonings and uses pantry spices for a rich, homemade ranch flavor. And PLEASE make my homemade cream of soup substitute to make it even better!

Wonderful, flavorful recipe! I also prefer to cook from scratch so u know exactly what is in my food. Plus, it’s cheaper!
I read in a few different owner’s manuals (yes, I’m that girl!) that pork should never be cooked on a low setting. Not to say I haven’t done it in the past, but I thought I would share that info and you can do as you see fit 😉
Blessings!

There is a lot of misinformation still out there about pork. The American pork supply is safe to eat raw and has been so for the last 30-40 years, so there is no reason to worry about cooking pork at low temperatures or cooking it to Medium Rare like I do. Now, if you are eating abroad or eating wild pork, it should be cooked to a higher temperature.

I accidentally defrosted steak instead of pork chops so I’m going to try it with steak instead.

I used a packet of chicken flavoring from a package of Top Ramen. Always a great last resort if you run out of bouillon cubes!

Cooked your porkchop recipe today-It was “Delicious”!! I even took your advice & made the homemade soups. The meat was tender & the sauce was yummy. Roasted sliced red potatoes with onion & garlic then poured sauce over them. So good! Thank you for sharing!!
