It's a healthier dinner (or lunch) that my family loves, it's quick, and uses ingredients I always have on hand. I love that I can grab a rotisserie chicken from the store and have dinner on the table in 15 minutes. Plus, wraps are just fun to eat and don't make you feel weighed down.
I strongly recommend pairing these with homemade flour tortillas. The tiny bit of extra effort makes all th difference for truly the BEST chicken wrap ever. You can make a batch of tortillas and freeze them for the future, too.

Um!!!! Good….
Pinning to do the next time I have rotisserie chicken! . . . I believe you can substitute mashed avocado for the mayo to make it healthier!
I love making this with rotisserie chicken! It cuts the prep in half! And I’m totally going to try mashed avocado next time–great idea!
Oh wow! That sounds and looks fantastic. It’s probably better for you than a sandwich because of no bread. That tortilla has to have less bad stuff in it than bread. I think I will have to make this! Kathleen @ Fearlessly Creative Mammas
Definitely! And you could always substitute Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise to make it even healthier!
Umm.. my mouth is seriously watering! I wish we lived closer so we could have dinner swaps 😉 haha! Love you!
I know me too! Dinner swaps would be fun 🙂
