Hi I have a question. I would like to double the Penne Arrabbiata, which is wonderful by the way:) would you double the garlic? Or add half of the amount along with the 3cloves or use six cloves thankyou
So glad you loved it!! โค๏ธ If you’re doubling the whole recipe, Iโd go ahead and use 6 clovesโit balances out with all that extra tomato and pasta. But if you’re garlic-shy, start with 4โ5 and taste as you go. You really can’t mess it up
