I totally agree with everything that has been said, I love these meals plans. To be honest this is the first year I’ve really started to cook actual meals for myself and the first year I have had to make food for someone else, and these meals plans have been lifesavers! They have made living doable when money is tight right now and time is limited, and have taken away my dread to go out for the groceries, and instead given me actual peace when it comes to cooking each night! We have already found several favourite recipes that we have love so much and will be making over and over for years to come. Also, we love raving about their cost effectiveness and seeing how much we save on groceries!
Thank you Lauren for your hard work in putting these together!
I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to create all these meal plans! I’m only on week 9 but my family has been enjoying every dinner. I also love that you have done all the prep work of planning for me and I have found myself looking forward to cooking dinner! WHAT!? From my family to yours, THANK YOU! P.S. If you ever decide to create a cookbook that is meal plan organized, I’d purchase it! 😀
We absolutely love your meal plans. I work full-time and am taking 6 classes so finding time to meal plan is hard. My girlfriend and I would eat out a lot. Your meal plans are made for a family of 4-5, which is perfect because we always have enough leftovers to use for lunch the next day. Your already-made meal plans are such time savers and we feel so much healthier now that we aren’t eating out. It really does taste better from scratch! Thank you!
All of these look so good! I need to try that chipotle pesto pasta…and that garlic ranch chicken pizza! *-*
