It's official. I've totally jumped on the “overnight oats” bandwagon and I'm never getting off!  I don't think there's an easier, healthier, more delicious breakfast out there! Throw everything in a jar, shake it up, and BAM it's ready in the morning for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! And it's perfect for moms like me who have hungry kids early in the morning and want something fast and healthy to feed them!

And speaking of bandwagons, I've been on the Silk Almondmilk one for awhile now. The vanilla flavor seriously tastes like a milkshake–without the added calories! And don't even get me started on the chocolate flavor. I like to put some in the blender with a frozen banana and ice cubes and it makes the best, healthy treat!

I love Silk® Almondmilk products because they're Non-GMO and they have 50% more calcium than regular milk*! It's true!  And in recipes like Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats it gives it the creamiest, smooth flavor!

Excellent, very nice flavour! I will make these again. I used unsweetened applesauce and found the finishedproduct was a little runnier than I like for my oatmeal. Next time I’ll just cut back a little bit on the liquid. Delicious!

Love overnight oats! And particularly the cinnamon apple recipe. I started making my own applesauce, also very easy, and use it in this recipe. I don’t add any other sweeteners, as the applesauce is plenty for me. I do add some chia seeds (if I remember) which many other recipes call for. This makes enough for two servings for me using the small 8 oz canning/jelly jars. I grab one out of the fridge and eat it cold in the summertime, and will sometimes add chopped walnuts or pecans before eating. Yum!!

Hi just wondering can you make more than 1 at a time. How long would they last in the refrigerator? Or should I make only 1 at a time and eat following morning?

Delish! I add a TBS of pranite butter an 1 tsp of honey to mine. Sure, it adds calories!p, but nothing beats being able to eat a comfort food like oatmeal while sitting at your work desk,!

Can steel cut oats be used instead? My 3.5 y/o prefers the texture. ??‍♀️ Can’t argue with that right??

I’m new at this overnight oats thing, but this looks delicious! I want to make this but was wondering, do I mix everything together and then put it in a container or do I layer it like the picture?

Thanks!

Mmm mm! So good. I added a teaspoon of brown sugar (rounded ?) and a tablespoon of salted butter. ( I always make oatmeal with butter). Took the advice to warm up before putting it in the fridge. Will definitely make again. My kids love oatmeal. I’m frequently making a huge pot in the morning. Just saved myself lots of Sunday morning time and no pot to clean! Thanks!

Are you using quick oats or old fashion oats? Could I use Stell cut oats?
Thanks. Can’t wait to try this out.

i love overnight oats also!! You can add any fruit in season, or sweetener like honey or maple syrup. When I have fresh apples I chop & add them -raisins also Like Ellen says , I have become a junkie, & there are so many ways to do them up.
