Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats with layers of oats, Greek yogurt, applesauce, and cinnamon. This makes for a super fast and healthy breakfast!

Whether you've tried overnight oats or not, you've got to try this recipe! Easy, healthy and delicious–plus it will keep you full for longer, which it totally my MO lately 🙂

It's official. I've totally jumped on the “overnight oats” bandwagon and I'm never getting off! I don't think there's an easier, healthier, more delicious breakfast out there! Throw everything in a jar, shake it up, and BAM it's ready in the morning for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! And it's perfect for moms like me who have hungry kids early in the morning and want something fast and healthy to feed them!
And speaking of bandwagons, I've been on the Silk Almondmilk one for awhile now. The vanilla flavor seriously tastes like a milkshake–without the added calories! And don't even get me started on the chocolate flavor. I like to put some in the blender with a frozen banana and ice cubes and it makes the best, healthy treat!

I love Silk® Almondmilk products because they're Non-GMO and they have 50% more calcium than regular milk*! It's true! And in recipes like Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats it gives it the creamiest, smooth flavor!

I’m an overnight oats junkie! Definitely adding this one to my repertoire!
These are fabulous! I had been putting pieces of apple in my overnight oats, but this takes them to a whole other level. Every bite is delicious and the prep is super easy. I added brown sugar for some sweetness!
Thanks so much for sharing! Happy you liked it 🙂
A real winner in the hot OR cold recipe category!
Most overnight oats are ‘cold only’ so having one that’s good hot too is a nice find. The applesauce is also a super idea to make it fast/ready to go. Shredding an apple in there as well as the applesauce is also really good for texture/fun. Sheila is right, chia seeds are a fantastic addition, they add protein, omega 3 oils, 2 kinds of fiber & keep you feeling full longer. (Making something this tasty, even healthier easily, is always a win!) For the people who desired ‘a little sweeter’, you can also soak a date or two in hot water, blend it to a puree, and mix it in for a lightly ‘caramel sweet’ touch that gets along well with the apple & cinnamon.
Another overnight oats lover here! Chia seeds make them even more amazing 🙂
I’m ahuge fan of overnight oats mixed with some fruits and nuts on the top cinnamon and almond milk ??
This was ridiculously easy and super tasty. Fantastic recipe. Thank you for sharing!!
I don’t have any mason jars like you do in the picture. Would any other container with a lid work?
Hi Kathy, yes, any container with a lid would work!
How long can it stay in the fridge? I suppose I was hopeful to make a few at night for the week?
Hi Julia, it should be good in the fridge for 5-6 days 🙂
Need to try this with peanut butter! Yaaaas!??
Just made these yesterday and I’m obsessed. The only differences, I didn’t have almond milk so I substituted regular silk and added one packet of splenda for a little more sweetness. Loved the creaminess and thickness the greek yogurt gives. I got satisfied quick and had a hard time finishing the entire amount because it’s so filling but I somehow managed ;o)
