Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats with layers of oats, Greek yogurt, applesauce, and cinnamon. This makes for a super fast and healthy breakfast!

Whether you've tried overnight oats or not, you've got to try this recipe! Easy, healthy and delicious–plus it will keep you full for longer, which it totally my MO lately 🙂

It's official. I've totally jumped on the “overnight oats” bandwagon and I'm never getting off! I don't think there's an easier, healthier, more delicious breakfast out there! Throw everything in a jar, shake it up, and BAM it's ready in the morning for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! And it's perfect for moms like me who have hungry kids early in the morning and want something fast and healthy to feed them!
And speaking of bandwagons, I've been on the Silk Almondmilk one for awhile now. The vanilla flavor seriously tastes like a milkshake–without the added calories! And don't even get me started on the chocolate flavor. I like to put some in the blender with a frozen banana and ice cubes and it makes the best, healthy treat!

I love Silk® Almondmilk products because they're Non-GMO and they have 50% more calcium than regular milk*! It's true! And in recipes like Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats it gives it the creamiest, smooth flavor!

How long will this keep in the fridge before eating? Could I make 1 large batch for the whole week and just scoop out a serving each morning?
Definetly! It should keep pretty well for a week.
Any idea on the calorie chart for this item. I followed the recipie except i used Silk Almond vanilla LIGHT
Im a calorie tracker. (0:
Can I also use normal milk?
Ooh never mind haha. Another question; can I use regular yoghurt? Or do I HAVE to use Greek yoghurt?
Hi Lena, You can use regular yogurt–I’d just add a little less milk then called for since regular yogurt is thinner than Greek yogurt–otherwise it may be thinner than you’d like. Hope you like it!
Yes, you can use regular milk 🙂
I recommend adding honey to this and microwaving it to thicken it before putting it in the fridge. My oats turned out soupy on the first try but after those changes they were thicker and sweeter.
how much honey and how long did you microwave? You did this BEFORE putting in the fridge overnight correct? Did you eat the oats cold in the AM or heat them up? I think I would prefer to eat them warm so I was wondering If I should add the honey and heat them twice (PM and AM).
If you want it hot……what do you recommend for heating it up and how long?
Hi Debbie, you could heat it up for 1 minute in the microwave or on the stovetop until warmed. 🙂
Do I have to use almond milk? Will regular dairy milk work just as well?
Yes, you could use regular milk 🙂
This looks good. What size container do I use?
Hi Crystal, This recipe makes enough to fill about a pint size jar or container 🙂 But any big container will work!
This looks amazing! I have always wanted to try overnight oats and never done it! I think this recipe is going to get me to do it tonight!
I just started eating oatmeal for breakfast again and love how they keep me full for longer. This looks really, REALLY good. Think I’ll have to make some tonight!
