Very tasty and easy to make. I froze the leftovers in an ice cube tray. In the future, I’ll use 4 ice cubes worth of sauce for a pizza.

  2. Is there a difference between San Marzano tomatoes and the Cento brand? I printed out and followed the recipe that recommends Centro brand tomatoes? Just asking, thanks. By the way, this is our fav homemade (easy) pizza sauce.

Very good!! I made this in a pinch after realizing I was completely out of my stock of frozen pizza sauce and only had pantry ingredients. This was great and I’ll definitely make it again because it was tasty and SO easy!

  4. Nostra Thomas, I omitted the sugar and used a tsp of stevia instead. It was absolutely perfect and sugar free. For pizza dough, I used a standard recipe but added a Tbs of White Vinegar. A great snap to the whole pizza. Received Mega comments from friends in the gourmet group.
