These Caprese Toasts are the ultimate quick appetizer or light dish. A crispy French baguette topped with melty fresh mozzarella, tomato slices and fresh basil–everyone loves it!

I enjoy Caprese Toasts in so many different ways
You'll see my eat Caprese Toast for lunch, with soup, as an appetizer with any dinner that we're making, or even a late night snack when we have friends over. It takes 5 minutes to make and always tastes comforting but fresh at the same time. Be sure to use high quality mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil, and a great quality baguette (like our homemade baguette!); nothing is better!
This is also such a fun and affordable appetizer to share at parties, baby showers, or any little gathering.
