This Bread Dip is Always the Unexpected Show Stopper

No way am I using garlic powder, my recipe calls for fresh minced garlic and you heat up the olive oil and add the fresh garlic to it so the hot oil releases the garlic to do it’s magic, then add other ingredients
The recipe uses garlic powder for a quick 5-minute version, but your method with fresh garlic would give it that authentic restaurant flavor. Just a heads up if you warm the oil, let it cool a bit before adding the balsamic so it doesn’t cook off.
I haven’t had bread dip in a long time. This sounds really good with the spices and the parmesan. Great for serving when guests come over!
