This was delicious and easy to make. I made a couple changes: I used rainbow trout and didn’t cut it into chunks. It’s a thin fish, so it took maybe an extra 5 minutes in the oven. I used about 3/4 tsp. garlic powder, and I went sparingly on the hot honey. Will make again.

This was so good that I had to print out the recipe to make in the future. I even made myself a second batch using cooked shrimp and the vegetables for healthy lunches. This will be going in the “rotation”, as we call it at our house, of meals to make again.

I’m a mom of 3 teenagers and 2 live in Grandparents. Hard to find affordable and easy to make recipes to feed 6 people and various taste buds. This recipe was a hit. I doubled the recipe and it was great. It was quick and easy and i have minimum cooking skills and was able to follow the recipe easily!
