Egg and Sausage Brinner Bowls are breakfast bowls with potato, avocado, sausage, and avocado. They make a fast and yummy dinner.

Egg and Sausage Brinner Bowls | Tastes Better From ScratchGuys, I’m happy to inform you (if you haven’t heard already) that February is National Hot Breakfast Month! I’m sure you can relate to crazy weekday mornings where you’re trying to get everyone dressed and ready for school or work.

In our house it’s early, busy, and I hardly have time to make a piece of toast for myself.  Seeing as breakfast is my FAVORITE meal of the day, a little piece of toast just doesn’t cut it!  So, to ease the pain, I’ve fully embraced “brinner”: breakfast for dinner.

Jones Dairy Farm (which makes so many great products that you can find here), understands that not everyone gets to or can enjoy breakfast in the morning, so the they want consumers to enjoy the breakfast foods they love at the dinner table.

Some of my favorite brinner (breakfast for dinner) meals include these Breakfast Potato Boats and these Seven Layer Breakfast Tacos.
