Whether you’ve tried overnight oats or not, you’ve got to try this recipe! Easy, healthy and delicious–plus it will keep you full for longer, which it totally my MO lately 🙂

Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats make the easiest, healthy, grab-and-go breakfast! Recipe on TastesBetterFromScratch.comIt’s official. I’ve totally jumped on the “overnight oats” bandwagon and I’m never getting off!  I don’t think there’s an easier, healthier, more delicious breakfast out there! Throw everything in a jar, shake it up, and BAM it’s ready in the morning for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! And it’s perfect for moms like me who have hungry kids early in the morning and want something fast and healthy to feed them!

And speaking of bandwagons, I’ve been on the Silk Almondmilk one for awhile now. The vanilla flavor seriously tastes like a milkshake–without the added calories! And don’t even get me started on the chocolate flavor. I like to put some in the blender with a frozen banana and ice cubes and it makes the best, healthy treat!

I love Silk® Almondmilk products because they’re Non-GMO and they have 50% more calcium than regular milk*! It’s true!  And in recipes like Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats it gives it the creamiest, smooth flavor!

  1. Delicious! I use my Ninja to speed up the ready time and sometimes put it in the microwave 30 seconds. Wonderful warm.

  2. 5 stars
I just made these oats overnight for the first time, and it’s one of the best recipes I’ve tried! I made some substitutions with what I had at home. I used 2% milk and vanilla whole milk probiotic yogurt instead of what is listed. I also added 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds and 1 tsp brown sugar. It has a good apple flavor, and I like the texture. These used more liquid than others I’ve tried, and I realized I prefer that.
