Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats make the easiest, healthy, grab-and-go breakfast! Recipe on TastesBetterFromScratch.com

It’s official. I’ve totally jumped on the “overnight oats” bandwagon and I’m never getting off!  I don’t think there’s an easier, healthier, more delicious breakfast out there! Throw everything in a jar, shake it up, and BAM it’s ready in the morning for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! And it’s perfect for moms like me who have hungry kids early in the morning and want something fast and healthy to feed them!

And speaking of bandwagons, I’ve been on the Silk Almondmilk one for awhile now. The vanilla flavor seriously tastes like a milkshake–without the added calories! And don’t even get me started on the chocolate flavor. I like to put some in the blender with a frozen banana and ice cubes and it makes the best, healthy treat!

I love Silk® Almondmilk products because they’re Non-GMO and they have 50% more calcium than regular milk*! It’s true!  And in recipes like Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats it gives it the creamiest, smooth flavor!

I recommend adding honey to this and microwaving it to thicken it before putting it in the fridge. My oats turned out soupy on the first try but after those changes they were thicker and sweeter.

How long will this keep in the fridge before eating? Could I make 1 large batch for the whole week and just scoop out a serving each morning?

Just made these yesterday and I’m obsessed. The only differences, I didn’t have almond milk so I substituted regular silk and added one packet of splenda for a little more sweetness. Loved the creaminess and thickness the greek yogurt gives. I got satisfied quick and had a hard time finishing the entire amount because it’s so filling but I somehow managed ;o)
