When I want my morning to taste like fall, these Pumpkin Overnight Oats always hit the post. Mix them up the night before for an easy grab and go breakfast all week long.

Because we needed a pumpkin version of Overnight Oats!
If you’re ready for pumpkin season but still want breakfast to be easy, make these Pumpkin Overnight Oats! They're creamy, perfectly spiced, and taste like a treat, even though they're made with real, wholesome ingredients. My kids grab them straight from the fridge on busy mornings, and I never skip the pecans on top.
They take 5 minutes of prep, so I always make a big batch to enjoy throughout the week. Overnight oats are an obsession of mine, so don't miss my Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats, Chocolate Overnight Oats, and Strawberry Overnight Oats.
