Our easy homemade Pimento Cheese Dip recipe only takes 5 minutes and be served hot or cold as the perfect appetizer, dip, or sandwich spread! It's creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor from sharp cheddar and sweet pimentos.

There are so many ways to enjoy Pimento Cheese!
This pimento cheese recipe is a classic Southern favorite for a reason and I love how quick and easy it is to make; just five minutes and a handful of simple ingredients. It's incredibly versatile, too. You can serve it hot or cold as a dip, but I especially love spreading it on sandwiches, burgers, or grilled cheese. It takes my Pimento Cheese BLT to the next level! The flavor is bold and nostalgic, with the sweet, mild heat of the pimentos balancing perfectly with sharp cheese and creamy mayo.
What are Pimentos? If you aren't familiar with pimentos, they are a variety of chili pepper similar to a bell pepper, but smaller and more heart shape with a sweeter flavor. For this recipe, you can find them canned in a jar at the grocery store.

So yummy. Will never go back to store bought. Thank you
