Homemade Dry Onion Soup Mix
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes (14g)
- 2 Tablespoons beef bouillon granules (30g), or bullion paste, or 6 beef bullion cubes, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (0.6g)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (0.1g)
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed (0.3g)
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika (0.3g)
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (0.3g)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Use in recipes that call for one envelope of dry onion soup mix.¼ cup dried onion flakes, 2 Tablespoons beef bouillon granules, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes, ⅛ teaspoon celery seed, ⅛ teaspoon paprika, ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- To make as a dip, mix recipe with one pint of sour cream.

I finally got around to making this! My husband likes it better then store bought.. I will be making alot of this and have on hand.. im also trying it with chicken flavor.. great spice and save money too.
