Elevate Your Grill Game with Flavorful Greek Burgers – Opa!

It's as though I'm trying to get sick of these Greek Burgers, with how often I've made them for dinner since first creating this recipe. They are insanely good. The burger patties have fresh parsley, mint and feta cheese inside. The feta aioli sounds fancy but takes 2-minutes to make. Pair them together and you have swoon-worthy Greek burgers that will be praised by the whole fam. Bonus that they're super healthy and can be made in less than 30 minutes.

How to make Greek Burgers:

Make Burger Patties: Combine meat, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, roasted red peppers, breadcrumbs, feta, egg, salt and pepper. Squish together with your hands (or lightly with a meat chopped) until combined. Divide into 5 equal portions and form into patties, pressing a thumb imprint into the center of each.

Cook: Heat grill or cast iron pan over medium-high heat, and grease well. Add patties and cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping once, until cooked through (165 degrees F). Remove to a plate.

Prepare Toppings: Add onions to hot pan or grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly charred. Combine all the feta aioli ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Make Ahead Instructions:

To Make Ahead: The feta aioli can be made a few days in advance then stored in an airtight container in the fridge. You can mix and form the greek burger patties up to 1 day ahead of time. Store them covered well in the refrigerator.

200th meal plan! These Greek burgers are delicious and deserve a save. I have no idea where to find harissa paste so skipped that, but the feta aoli was so easy and would be good on just about anything.

Great recipe. I want to thank you for your wonderful recipes. I make most all of our meals from scratch, because, they do taste better! It can be so disapointing when I find a recipe I think I like and when I look at the ingredients it is mostly canned this and canned that. I can not thank you enough for all of the wonderful from scratch recipes you send. This one is a winner for sure. Thanks again.

Made these for supper last night, only one adaption from me this time and that was using chopped dried olives instead of bread crumbs (i follow low carb diet so bread crumbs are a no and from a cost point i live in au and have my own olive tree so other than time sun dried olives are $0😀) love these burgers and so does everyone in my family i have made them before and they are on the favorite list here ( as i have 3 year old grandkids i sometimes make them into meatballs and they love being able to “dip” and eat them they love the aioli. Thanks for lots of great inspiration and help.

I made these Greek Burgers and my entire family loved them. They even asked for more!! I made them exactly like the recipe, no changes. I actually made the entire 200th meal plans this week. The first time I used the grocery list. So easy! So excited to try another week

So I made this recipe to celebrate the 200th meal plan for my family and a vegetarian version for my sister, my daughter, and myself. I subbed impossible burger meat for us and you would not have known the difference. This recipe was so amazing! The feta aioli was out of this world and just set the whole thing off. Really good and not too time consuming. This is going to be one of my favorites!

These smelled and tasted delicious! And they look pretty too! I loved all the flavors. I wasn’t sure about all the parsley, but I had no problem with the combination. I used turkey. I’d be curious to see how using beef would taste. The aioli sauce was so refreshing. I love the garlic! Also, I adapted this whole wheat hoagie roll recipe (https://aplantifulpath.com/whole-wheat-hoagie-rolls/?unapproved=7985&moderation-hash=47ea89278baf38e32b0b4c19a68b729f#wprm-recipe-container-38978) for hamburger buns, although I’m sure this site has something great too!
I made these to celebrate the 200th meal plan. So glad I did!
