I’m excited about this week’s meal plan because all five of these meals are ones my entire family will happily eat! They are enjoyed by kids and adults.
The spaghetti pie is one of my favorite recipes to bring to families in need because everyone always loves it, and I can prepare it ahead of time and deliver it early, to bake for their convenience.
The chicken gyros make the tastiest summer dinner on the grill. I could eat these weekly, they are SOO good!
The grilled cheese is a perfect “fancy” grilled cheese for an easy weeknight meal.
Chimichangas are one of my family’s favorite recipes and I love that I can prepare the filling in the morning so that dinner comes together in just a few minutes, when we’re ready to eat.
And let’s not forget that amazing southwest tortellini pasta salad. It’s another incredibly easy dinner to throw together or make in advance and everyone loves it!
