Our easy Chicken Kabobs recipe is a quick and flavorful dinner you can make in advance, with juicy marinated chicken and colorful veggies.

Quick to prep Chicken Kabobs are dinner done right.
These have been my go-to summer dinners for years because I can make them ahead of time and they're so fun and flavorful. I use my favorite grilled chicken marinade that everyone loves. They're fun for a simple weeknight or for a backyard BBQ. And let’s be honest, food on a stick is just plain fun.

How to make Chicken Kabobs:
Marinate Chicken: combine soy sauce, oil, sprite, garlic powder, and horseradish. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and add to the marinade; refrigerate for 1–3 hours.
Grill Kabobs: Thread chicken and chopped vegetables onto skewers, leaving space between pieces. Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly grease the grates. Grill skewers for about 5 minutes per side, until the chicken is fully cooked (165 degrees F). Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

This was incredibly delicious….and definitely worthy of a repeat! No surprise…TBFS is always a winner!!!!
These turned out to be delicious. The chicken was so tender and the soy sauce gave a delicious caramelized flavor to the chicken and veggies were so sweet and delicious. I did not add Sprite or have a long time to marinade but so delicious. I served it with an appetizer of your Italian Caprese salad and it was enjoyed by all. I will turn to this recipe again. Thank you.
Looks amazing! May I ask what the Sprite adds? I don’t usually have any in the house! Thanks!
The sugar and carbonation add flavor and tenderize the meat!
I made these for our July 4th barbecue with potato salad and baked beans. The chicken kabobs were delicious and easy! We will surely have them again! Thanks Lauren!!
Delicious!

make again very soon!
I am planning a luau party in Feb! these sound great. I have two questions …
1. do you think a chunk of pineapple would work on these along with the rest of the ingredients?
2. it’s the middle of winter in Western NY and 12 degrees lol should I pan fry or oven roast? Flavor wise
thank you
Tricia
The pineapple would be delicious! I would pan fry them 🙂
