These viral Chocolate Strawberry Cups give you all the chocolate covered strawberry flavor, without dipping, drying, or making a mess.

If you’ve been seeing viral chocolate strawberry cups everywhere, you’re not alone.
I fell in love with these at the Borough Market in London and they’re basically the easiest way to enjoy chocolate covered strawberries without the dipping-and-drying situation. You just cut off the stems of the strawberries, toss them in a cup, and pour melted chocolate on top (we have a trick for making the chocolate pourable!). The chocolate flows down the cracks to touch every strawberry and it tastes absolutely heavenly! We serve them in plastic solo cups, with a wooden skewer to eat them, just like they do at the Borough Market.
They're easy enough to make for a group or just yourself, and the chocolate-to-strawberry ratio is perfect in every bite.
