Chop chocolate and add to a medium size heat-proof bowl.
16-20 Oz high quality chocolate
Melt: Heat a small saucepan with an inch or two water, until simmering. Place bowl of chopped chocolate on top of the pot with simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the hot water) and stir chocolate until melted and smooth. Stir in coconut oil until melted.
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Assemble: Cut strawberries in half (or leave whole if they are smaller) and divide among 4 large cups. Spoon melted chocolate all over the strawberries.
2 lb fresh ripe strawberries
Serve with a skewer to eat and enjoy!
