Egg Salad BLT is a combination of two of my favorite classic sandwiches. You will love this fun combination!
Combine mayo, sour cream, green onions, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Stir to combine well.
Coarsely chop eggs and add to mayo mixture. Mash with a fork until well combined.
Top bread slices with about 1/2 cup egg mixture, 1 bacon slice, 2 tomato slices, lettuce, and top half of bread. Enjoy!
