Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit or ice, to your preference.
Ice: If using fresh fruit, add 1/2 to 1 cup ice, to help thicken the smoothie. If using frozen strawberries and a frozen banana, no ice is needed.Add protein: Use Silk Nutmilk, in place of milk, or add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, or 1/4 cup rolled oats.
