Simple Homemade Hummus
Simple Hummus that is inexpensive and tastes even better than the store bought brands.

Ingredients

ounce can
garbanzo beans
, drained and liquid reserved

Tablespoons
fresh lemon juice

cloves
garlic

Tablespoon
tahini
(or sesame paste)

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Combine ingredients in food processor and blend.
Add 1-2 Tbs of the reserved liquid from the garbanzo beans and blend until smooth.
Drizzle about 1 Tb. olive oil on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve with vegetables, naan, pita chips, bread or crackers.
