Remove steaks from fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking, to bring them to room temperature. Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
Make herb butter by combining the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Air Fry: Grease the air fryer basket or pan with non-stick cooking spray, and add steaks. (Cook steaks one at a time if they fit too closely together). Cook for 4 minutes, then flip, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for best results: 130-135 degrees F for medium rare, 135-140 for medium.
Rest: Remove steaks to a plate and cover with foil to rest for 5-10 minutes. Add a spoonful of herb butter on top of each warm steak, before serving.

For Frozen Steak: Air Fry at 360 degrees for 12-18 minutes, or until desired doneness. Allow to rest before slicing.Storing Instructions: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. I enjoy the leftovers cold on a salad, or you can rewarm in the air fryer just until warm and serve as tacos!
