This healthy, low carb Cheeseburger Salad includes all of our favorite burger toppings and a simple homemade dressing piled onto a delicious, hearty salad.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
Season the hamburger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill to desired doneness. Place a slice of cheese on top of each to melt.
Divide lettuce among 4 serving bowls. Chop each cheeseburger into bite-size pieces and place on the salads. Top with tomato, onion, avocado and pickles. Add desired amount of dressing and toss to combine.

*You could also use 1 pound of ground beef. Divide it into 4 or 5 parts and form each into a pattie. Season well with salt and pepper.Variations:
