Ingredients

fresh spinach leaves

For the balsamic vinaigrette:

Instructions
For the vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use.
Add kale and spinach to a large salad bowl.
Top with remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently.
