  1. Marinate your pork tenderloin (here is my favorite marinade recipe), or rub it with your favorite seasonings. 

  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Heat a grill or grill pan over very high heat.

  3. Once the grill is hot, place the tenderloins on the hot grill and sear over high heat, it rotating the meat every 1-2 minutes, until well browned on all sides.

  4. Place pork tenderloins in a baking dish and cover the pan with tinfoil. Bake for about 18-25 minutes, or until you reach an internal temperature of between 145° F – 160° F, depending on how well done you like your meat.

  5. Remove from oven and allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
