Saute onions and celery; add garlic

Add diced tomatoes, bay leaf, spices, broth, bouillon and season with salt and pepper.

Add green beans, corn and peas. Add tortellini and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they float.

Taste and season more if needed. Remove bay leaves and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
