Thick, fluffy, delicate, and absolutely delicious!

Mix egg yolks, sugar, milk, and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir dry mixture into wet mixture.

POUR IN MOLASSES

Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until they produce stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into batter.

Grease and fill molds 2/3 full. Cover pan with lid and cook, flipping pancake once.

Serve with butter, syrup, and berries!
