Season the ribs all over with a dry spice rub.
Salt Black Pepper Garlic Powder Chili Powder Onion Powder Light Brown Sugar
Curl ribs around pot with meat side facing out. Cook on high pressure for 25-35 minutes. Allow 15 minute natural pressure release.
Remove ribs to a large, foil lined baking sheet and slather in BBQ sauce.
Broil in oven for 2-3 minutes to caramelize BBQ sauce, if desired.
