Quick and easy to make with only 5 ingredients!

Peel and slice eggs in half, lengthwise.

Use a small spoon to remove the egg yolk from each egg and add to a mixing bowl.

Make filling by adding mayonnaise (and greek yogurt, if desired), relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Mix filling until it's relatively smooth. Taste and adjust amounts of ingredients as desired.

Place a generous spoonful of the filling back into the egg halves. Refrigerate the eggs and sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
