Deliciously crispy skin and soft on the inside!
Prep the potatoes by scrubbing then drying with a paper towel. Rub with cooking oil and sprinkle with sea salt on all sides.
Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook potatoes for 30 minutes. Check with fork and flip and cook for 5 minutes more if necessary.
Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
