Homemade Pizza is a weekly occurrence at our house and I love the bold, fun twist of flavors in this Thai Chicken Pizza. It’s simple to make and a fun way to mix things up! Other Pizza mash-ups I like are Cheeseburger Pizza and Pizza Quesadillas.

How to Make Thai Chicken Pizza:

  • Make the peanut sauce: In food processor or blender, combine peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, red pepper flakes, ginger, honey and sesame oil. Add enough water to thin to a smooth sauce spreading consistency. Set aside.
  • Assemble: Spread a thin layer of peanut sauce over the surface of pizza crust. Scatter chicken pieces over top and sprinkle with green onions, carrot and cheese.
  • Bake at 475 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.

We thought this was yummy. I used pizza dough from the market and it worked no problem and very easy. The sauce was plenty but I’d just whisk it together next time, no need for a blender. I also just used rotisserie chicken for the chicken. Made this recipe quick and easy. Your flavors never disappoint 😊👍🏻

Definitely double the sauce. I didn’t have chicken on hand so made it with shrimp and it was amazing too! Thanks for the recipe 🙂

This was fantastic. I too doubled the recipe as I was making two medium sized pizzas. Loved the smooth taste with a kick at the end (I may have been a little generous on my chili flakes!) I added bean sprouts too. Will definitely make again.

Good pizza! I was worried about the whole pizza just tasting like peanut butter but after cooking, it gave a creaminess to the base and slight taste of peanut butter. Also added spinach to my toppings. Used pre-made crust from the store instead of making my own, which probably brought down the quality a bit but much easier cleanup. Thanks for sharing, we love your site!
